    In my journey through trauma healing and personal growth I have realized that there are some mission critical pieces of information that if given and understood, can allow you to gain deep insight into your current situation and your response to it. This insight allows you to choose how you’re going to move forward including challenging current beliefs and thoughts that may not be helpful. This is an interactive process.
