My Mission.

My goal is to have people thriving in their lives. It’s not enough for me to see people surviving/coping with their trauma. I want to help them take their power back, show them they can heal themselves, and THRIVE in their lives.

Reiki

The toll on both the body and mind can be profound. At Solstice Psychedelics, we understand the unique challenges you face and the importance of holistic healing approaches. That's why we're proud to introduce our newest offering: Reiki Healing.

  • Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that channels energy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate healing. It's based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. When this energy is low or blocked, we're more likely to feel stressed, sick, or emotionally imbalanced. Reiki aims to replenish and rebalance this energy, promoting overall well-being.

  • Reiki Healing sessions are specifically tailored to address the unique needs of first responders and trauma survivors. We understand your experiences and the lasting impact they can have on your body and mind.

  • Stress Reduction: Reiki promotes deep relaxation, helping to alleviate the physical and emotional stress accumulated from demanding work environments and traumatic experiences.

    Emotional Healing: Trauma can leave lasting emotional scars. Reiki provides a gentle yet powerful tool for processing and releasing stored emotions, fostering a sense of emotional resilience and well-being.

    Physical Healing: The physical toll of responding to emergencies and experiencing trauma can manifest in various ways, from chronic pain to sleep disturbances. Reiki supports the body's natural healing processes, promoting physical recovery and vitality.

  • During a Reiki session, you'll remain fully clothed and comfortably reclined. Many clients describe the experience as deeply relaxing, often leading to profound insights and a sense of renewal.

  • Reiki Healing is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, but rather a complementary approach that can enhance your overall well-being. We encourage you to continue any existing treatments and therapies while incorporating Reiki into your self-care routine.
